This series explores how motifs and patterns associated with cultural signifiers can be transformed into semi-abstract images by manipulating the materiality of glass and the physicality of print. In this body of work, decorative motifs on the surface are not added as supplementary entities. Instead, they are the essence of the objects, embodying the making processes and contexts, with their various cultural connotations.
